Please read this page before using Asale ("the platform"). Using it means you accept these terms.

1. What the platform is

Asale is a matching network. It moves AI subscription capacity that has already been paid for, and is going unused, to someone who needs it now — metered per token and settled in USDT.

Three things belong at the top:

• The platform runs no models. Every request is served by another real user's real upstream account.
• The platform is independent of every upstream model vendor — not an affiliate, agent or licensee. Trademarks appear only to name the products they belong to.
• The platform is a relay, not end-to-end encryption. See section 5.

2. Accounts

You need an account with a verified email address. One account per person, and the details must be true. Keys, passwords and recovery methods are yours to keep — nobody at Asale will ever ask you for them, and anyone who does is not us.

You must be 18 or older to use the platform.

3. Selling (sharing idle capacity)

• You may only offer subscription capacity you lawfully hold yourself. Capacity obtained through someone else's account, a shared account, or in a way that breaches the upstream vendor's terms must not be listed here, and whatever follows with that vendor is yours to carry.
• You can switch selling off at any time. Requests already in flight finish.
• Earnings accrue per request into a withdrawable balance. A risk review runs before payout, and a minimum withdrawal applies.
• Deliberately serving a forged or downgraded model — claiming to sell A while answering with B — gets the lane delisted and the related earnings frozen. The finding comes from behavioural verification, and the method is public: see Verification.

4. Buying (using someone else's capacity)

• Billing is per token. Prices float with supply and demand and are quoted against the vendor's own list price. The current price, and its history, is on the model market.
• The platform takes 8% of each settled request. No monthly fee, no minimum top-up.
• Supply is not a promise. Whether a model has a seller this minute depends on whether anyone is selling it — the market and model pages state "no supply" plainly, and in that state you are charged nothing, because no request is formed.
• Failed requests are not billed. A request interrupted after partial output is billed for the tokens actually produced.

5. Content and privacy

This is the section not to skip.

Your request body is forwarded to the upstream vendor by a client another user is running. Which means that at the moment of forwarding, the body is visible to that user's client. This is inherent to how shared subscriptions work; it is not a risk terms can remove.

So:

• Do not send confidential material through the platform: keys in source code, sensitive personal data, trade secrets, regulated data. Keep that work on your own subscription.
• The platform itself stores no request bodies. The gateway parses a request only to translate between vendor dialects and to meter tokens; there is no body column in the database, no body in the logs, and no cache.
• What is recorded is metadata: time, model, token counts, amount, status.

6. What you may not do

• Resell, forge or tamper with the platform's metering and settlement data.
• Circumvent risk controls, verification or limits, including wash trading with your own supply.
• Use the platform to produce or distribute unlawful content, or content that breaches an upstream vendor's usage policy.
• Stress-test, scan or probe the platform without prior written permission.
• Use credentials obtained elsewhere.

7. Money

• Balances are denominated in USDT; deposits and withdrawals settle on-chain (Solana / TRON). A confirmed on-chain transaction cannot be reversed, and the platform cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.
• Withdrawals have a minimum and pass a risk review, usually within one business day.
• The platform gives no investment advice of any kind. A balance is not a deposit and earns no interest.

8. Availability

The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The real historical success rate is published on the status page, computed from settled traffic rather than from a self-probe.

9. Suspension and termination

Accounts that breach sections 3 or 6 may be limited or terminated. On termination, a confirmed withdrawable balance can still be withdrawn through the normal process, unless that balance is itself the proceeds of the breach.

You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time by writing to support@asale.ai.

10. Changes

Changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page, and material ones are announced in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
